My Hair Matters. My Health Matters Too.

How can we help?

Our team of attorneys are prosecuting litigation against the companies and manufacturers of Black hair care products and the hair relaxers that Black and Afro-Latina women have been using for years and decades. These companies have intentionally marketed these products to our communities, with full knowledge that the chemicals in these products were causing cancer and other related and unrelated medical conditions in Black women. As a result of the use of these products, numerous studies have concluded that the use of hair relaxers have proven to be toxic and in some cases, deadly. The products were marketed in mass to our communities to keep it on the shelves of our beauty supply and drug/pharmacy stores, in order to generate billions of dollars yearly for the manufacturers.
